Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Please note that transit times may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select destinations. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase! To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product safety for all of our customers—especially with hair-styling and personal care tools—we enforce a clear and strict refund policy.

Store Credit & Exchanges Only

• No Cash Refunds for Standard Returns: We do not offer cash or original-payment refunds for general returns, change-of-mind purchases, or preference exchanges.
• Store Credit / Product Exchange: If you wish to return an item, we are happy to issue a Store Credit Voucher or process an Equal-Value Exchange equivalent to the exact purchase price of your returned item, provided it meets our return conditions below.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or becomes lost during transit:

• Full Cash Refund or Free Replacement: You are eligible for either a 100% full cash refund back to your original payment method OR a brand-new replacement item shipped out to you free of charge.
• How to Claim: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our customer support team immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the damaged or defective item.

Return Conditions & Process

To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all protective seals, accessories, and user manuals intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict health and safety standards, items that show signs of personal use, missing packaging components, or items purchased during special clearance events cannot be accepted for return or exchange unless defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items for store credit or exchange. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
